An automatic navigation (GPS) system for health, Twistle offers “turn-by-turn” guidance to patients as they navigate care journeys before, during, and after a care episode. Leadership Team. Who We Are.
Chief Executive Officer, Founder
Kulmeet Singh sets the executive direction of Twistle and hires the best people to support patients on their health journeys. During his career, he has focused on setting healthcare technology strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and product creation. Kulmeet’s journey in healthcare technology started when he founded MedRemote, a company that changed the economics of medical transcription by using the internet and speech recognition.
Kulmeet has degrees in Economics from the University of Chicago and in Computer Science from Columbia University.
Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder
Dave Ross has spent more than 15 years in health IT, leading software development and deployment in a wide range of technology and product areas; he focuses on mobile applications and interoperability. Prior to joining Twistle, Dave served as director of IT services for more than 8 years at Albany Medical Center in upstate New York.
Dave holds a bachelor of science degree in Information Systems from the State University of New York.
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Revis leads the overall product and operational strategy at Twistle. Before Twistle, he served in product leadership and general manager roles at Nuance Communications, where he helped develop the company’s speech technology healthcare strategy, and built the mobile handset business to $250M in annual revenues through the development of digital personal assistant technologies and smart keyboards. He also led product strategy at Jibo, a robotics startup that Time Magazine named product of the year in 2017.
Matt has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor of arts degree in English Literature from Brandeis University.
Vice President, Marketing
Carlene Anteau leads all aspects of Twistle’s marketing strategy including demand generation, communications, digital and sales enablement. Carlene began her career as a critical care nurse, then transitioned to roles in health information technology to impact patient care delivery on a larger scale. Her background includes 30+ years of marketing, sales and clinical experience at leading EMR, population health and clinical communications companies.
Carlene holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from The University of Toledo, and a master of science degree from The University of Michigan.
Vice President, Operations Research
Shounak Lahiri has spent the last four years focused on building automated human-assisted AI that meets the needs of Twistle’s healthcare partners across the country. In addition, he leads Twistle’s population-health education and awareness initiatives in India. Previous to Twistle, Shounak spent extensive time in India working in both healthcare and education. His background includes more than a decade managing the education of street children in Kolkata.
Shounak has PhD, MEng, and BSc degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Vice President, People and Culture
Eliza Polly has more than 20 years of experience both as an employee and a consultant helping several Seattle tech start-ups build and scale their workforce and culture. She has overseen all aspects of human resource management, both operational and strategic, to effectively support rapid business growth and change. Eliza was Expedia’s first human resources director during the company’s infancy; in that role, she helped grow the company from 100 to more than 5,000 employees. Eliza then served in human resources roles at other high-growth SaaS startups, including Avvo, PayScale, and TINYpulse.
Eliza has a master’s degree in Labor Economics from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Connecticut College.
