What you will do:
• Prospecting new business with creative, compelling and break-through-the noise tactics and strategies.
• Delivering authentic, compelling and persuasive conversations that result in qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team.
• Mastering our very own Twistle technology, thereby making your job easier and also ensuring you’re an ace at describing our platform.

What you will need:
• At minimum, 6 months of sales experience in an outbound role where you were proactively researching, qualifying and contacting leads.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS organization
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Content Marketing Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY: Content Marketing Manager

Twistle is looking for a strong Content Marketing Manager to join the fast-growing team.  This position with own a wide range of functions in order to generate leads and drive growth.  The Content Marketer will be responsible for not only generating the content but also understanding mediums and channels of distribution.  The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working in a B2B, enterprise environment.

More specifically…

  • Develop and execute plans for Twistle marketing campaigns that extend and enhance the company’s ability to reach new and existing audiences.
  • Creatively conceive ideas and apply them across key art, digital, social, paid media, earned media, etc.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of media and marketing data to better optimize spend and performance across various marketing channels.
  • Manage and track budget and spend for content marketing initiatives.
  • Work with both external marketing partners/agencies and internal teams to implement content marketing initiatives and effectively execute campaigns.
  • Investigate and track industry trends and innovative media opportunities to optimize future campaigns.
  • Provide promotional and marketing content activities as needed.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS/PERSONA

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree a plus.
  • EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Possess a strong optimization (SEO) know-how and expertise.
  • Have a thorough understanding of lead generation and conversion and how content plays into the marketing funnel.
  • Able to effectively and efficiently produce content (sales enablement materials, ad and landing page copy, etc).
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledgeable re: marketing automation and segmentation.
  • Experience in integrated, multi-media marketing projects including media buying.
  • Able to partner with multiple constituencies in a team environment.
  • Strong creative eye and presentation skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow through.

Implementation Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY: Implementation Manager
is a full-time position that demands a combination of strong project management, communication, and relationship building.

The core duties of this role include:

● Serving as the primary liaison and overall project coordinator for implementations of Twistle at both new and existing customer sites. This means being extremely hands-on with our customers, managing all expectations, timeframes, deliverables, and support needs.

● Providing regular status reports to clients to update them on the progress of implementation.

● Tactfully and timely escalating barriers/impediments to successful implementation of Twistle within the client and Twistle’s organization.

● Making scheduled on-site visits to build relationships with the client.

● Achieving expert-level knowledge of the Twistle platform, and guiding our customers to the right decisions no matter what stage of Twistle deployment they have reached.

● Gathering client’s requirements, proposing solutions to streamline and automate client’s current flows.

● Designing, building and testing the appropriate surveys and workflows on Twistle. This work requires close attention to detail and effective organizational skills and communication with the client and the Twistle teams.

● Train key customer contacts to minimize Twistle’s support and maximize success of the deployment.

● Working with the Twistle team to develop and refine the repeatable process for Twistle implementations, from customer acquisition to ongoing support, as well as best-practice project management discipline (e.g. regular status reports, project planning templates etc.).

● Participate in software quality assurance processes and contribute to process improvement in this area.

Minimum Qualifications:
● BA/BS in a related field (business, technology, or healthcare).
● 2+ years experience and a proven track record of technology project management success in an enterprise environment.
● Solid technical skills – expertise in business software packages as well as consumer tech, mobile apps, etc. Additional Preferred

Qualifications:
● Experience working in a healthcare environment, clinically or administratively.
● MBA or related graduate degree. Location: Albuquerque, NM Travel: Up to 50%
